FinqTreasury

, is a next-generation cash and treasury management platform that connects financial data and payment capabilities across all bank accounts a company holds, in real-time, through regulated and custom APIs. The platform has already an impressive reference in Romania, being already used by important companies like Medlife, Nepi Rockcastle, One Properties, Rompetrol, Signal Iduna, Fan Courier, Autonom and many others.

We are now expanding our commercial team in Romania and looking for experienced B
usiness Development Managers

to lead our sales efforts and develop their own affiliate networks.

What You'll Do

  • Lead direct sales efforts for FinqTreasury into enterprise clients in Romania
  • Identify and engage finance leaders (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers) in large companies
  • Run the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, contract signing
  • Respect effort and result KPIs as agreed with your manager
  • Recruit and activate at affiliates within your network, using our private FAR (Finqware Affiliate Referrals) program to generate new leads and close sales
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team, and report directly to the CEO

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in one or more of the following:

Financial services (banking, payment institutions)

Technology companies (SaaS, ERP, RPA, automation)

Financial consulting or corporate solutions

  • Solid network among finance professionals in large Romanian companies
  • Strong consultative sales skills, ability to pitch complex products to senior decision-makers
  • Autonomous, highly organized, and motivated by performance
  • Fluency in Romanian and English
  • Nice to have:

previous exposure to sales for payment systems, ERP integration, or treasury solutions

Fluency in other Central European language (Croatian, Bulgaria, Greek, Czech, etc.)
