You will assist the Account Director by supporting relationship-building efforts, maintaining client connections, and contributing to various key activities that ensure the department's success.
We'd love it if you had:
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to analyze data;
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities;
- Self-motivated, results driven and autonomous;
- Fluent in Chinese (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
You need to successfully:
- Be the trusted partner for our international partners, ensuring smooth delivery operations and long-term client satisfaction.
- Monitor shipments proactively, provide performance reports, and solve delivery challenges before they impact customers
- Handle billing-related topics with accuracy and transparency, resolving disputes and ensuring a smooth invoicing process.
- Provide insights, reports, and solutions that help clients grow and stay ahead in their markets.
- Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and deliver customer-first innovations.
- Represent our company with professionalism and care, turning every client interaction into a positive experience.
