We are hiring a Key Account Manager
to identify, prospect, and open new strategic customers in the
Romanian market
, building strong, long-term commercial relationships. This role will lead negotiations and coordinate internal resources to deliver tailored value propositions to each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and potential clients across the country's various distribution channels.
  • Actively prospect and build a client portfolio.
  • Uncover customer needs and propose solutions aligned with the company's portfolio.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, terms, and promotions, ensuring profitable margins.
  • Develop customized account plans and monitor their execution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, after-sales, etc.) to ensure end-to-end customer service.
  • Analyze sales, margins, rotation, and client profitability, proposing corrective or improvement actions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (cross-selling, upselling).
  • Provide periodic activity and results reports to the International Commercial Management.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.

Profile Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least
    3–5 years' B2B sales experience
    , managing key or strategic accounts in
    Romania
    (experience in nearby markets such as Serbia, Hungary, Poland, or Bulgaria is a plus).
  • Experience in
    [home appliances / FMCG / retail / etc.]
    is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-orientation skills.
  • Analytical, self-driven, with strategic thinking and results orientation.
  • Proficient with office tools and CRM systems.
  • Languages:
    Native Romanian
    and a
    good level of English
    (other languages are a plus).
  • Availability to travel locally and occasionally to the company's main offices.
  • Location:
    Bucharest or other major cities.
