Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Specialist, based in Tunari, with some flexibility for working from home. The Project Specialist will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring goals are met on time and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with team members and stakeholders, managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and addressing potential issues. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with clients and contributing to sales and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills that enable effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Analytical Skills to monitor progress, evaluate challenges, and identify solutions
  • Customer Service abilities to maintain high client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
  • Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution
  • An understanding of, or experience in, Sales processes that benefit project outcomes
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
