Main Responsibilities
Manages the Dunapack Customer Portfolio for the assigned area.

Coordinates customer orders using the computer system (CPMS) taking into account customer requirements (Enters orders into the system for assigned customers).

Ensures the accuracy of data in the Customer Master Data: customer rating, production and delivery quantitative tolerance; transport cost method and settings; pallet accounting; organization details setting (DU person; contact person); rebate percentage setting; fiscal settings that must comply with legal regulations. At the same time, adapts to all company and legal requirements in RO, regarding the settings of these parameters.

Confirms to the customer the manufacturing and delivery terms and ensures their compliance

Manages customer complaints and proposes solutions

Offers solutions to optimize sales prices and commercial margin

Issues commercial offers to the customer and provides the data necessary to draw up framework collaboration contracts for new customers.

Maintains permanent contact with sales agents, designers and production planning for the proper execution of orders

Monitors existing stocks and proposes solutions for capitalization of stocks with expired delivery dates

Monitors the organization of transport/DAP/EXW loads and delivery to the customer,

Monitors the status of customer emergencies and communicates with the Logistics Department, so that they are loaded as a priority.

Makes cooperation/trading goods/interplant orders and monitors their status

Resolves the financial situations of assigned customers: proforma invoices, releases, blank and cliche invoices, pallet tracking, debt recovery

Additional Responsibilities
Processing orders in the internal system

Managing relationships with the assigned customer portfolio

Verifying compliance with technical specifications, including design specifications (FEFCO Catalog) for orders and contracts for which he is responsible
