Key Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient experience. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Managing the front desk, including patient registration and updating electronic health records.
  • Verifying patient identification, insurance details, and required documents with precision.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments.
  • Providing clear communication and assistance to patients and their families.

The Ideal Candidate (Requirements):

  • Minimum of
    2 years of experience
    in the hotel or hospitality industry (e.g., Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge).
  • Fluent English communication skills
    (verbal and written) are mandatory.
  • A customer-focused mindset, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be open to
    relocating to Saudi Arabia
    .
  • Age under 35 years.
