Position: Finance Specialist

Job location: Bucharest, on site

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Tax support
  2. Contact with advisory, support on tax audit.
  3. Help with HQ team on data collection of VAT/CIT For the invoices with partners(purchase/sales), help them to verify the business behind it, analyze tax amount bookkeeping correct or not.
  4. Help with HQ team on data collection/calculation of Help HQ with the monthly report, to finalize the declaration of intrastate- arrival/dispatch, get proof of declaration.
  5. Accounting related
  6. External audit. Contact auditors/HQ GL accountants to achieve a final audit report.
  7. Understand the basic Romania accounting rule and willing to research.
  8. Month-end closing, review financial data. eg: calculate expense/ incentive/copy tax provision, inter-company service settlement
  9. Help HQ GL accountants to work out yearly financial statement, submit to tax authority.
  10. Communication with HQ colleagues/local organizations.
  11. External Report general info to national bank.
  12. Payment Management
  13. Solve payment issue with supplier. e.g.: delay/wrong payment, invoice dispute, reconciliation, reply their queries etc.
  14. Understand business, work out solutions to related internal departments on payment request.
  15. Staff enablement on payment compliance and invoice verification
  16. Data collection/calculation of Operation
  17. Collect order/sales qty, price and incentives, help CFO to finalize forecast.
  18. Calculation of expense allocation, expense verification.
  19. Finance document management

Qualifications:

(1) BSc. /MSc. In finance, economics, statistics, or a related field;

(2) 1+ years' experience in finance, preferably working experience in the Big Four accounting firms;

(3) Knowledge of Romania local accounting rules and tax compliance;

(4) Active thinking, excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate cross-functionally and achieve the target.

(5) Patient on detail analyze, repeat data collection, calculation, reconciliation, find out abnormal among huge data

(6) Fluent in English.
