Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
HR Administrator
to join our fully remote team in
Romania
. You will manage key HR administrative functions and support employees across their entire lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Romanian labor law and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    onboarding and offboarding
    processes, including contracts, documentation, orientation, and exit interviews
  • Coordinate with
    payroll providers
    and manage timesheets
  • Administer
    leave requests
    and track absences
  • Ensure HR documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with GDPR and Romanian labor law
  • Serve as the
    first point of contact for HR queries
  • Prepare employment certificates, reference letters, and support performance reviews as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum
    2 years of HR administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of
    Romanian labor law
  • Excellent
    MS Office skills
    (especially Excel)
  • Fluent in
    Romanian and English
    (written and verbal)
  • Strong
    organizational skills
    and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle
    confidential information
    with discretion
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach
