, and we are looking for an
HR Specialist - Personnel Administration
for one of our partners based in Bucharest, a multinational networking and telecommunications company.

Position Overview

  • Work setup: Hybrid
  • Office location: Militari Area, Bucharest
  • Schedule: 09:00 – 18:00

Responsibilities:

  • Generate all employment-related documents throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g., terminations, transfers, restructurings, probation period completions, contract suspensions such as parental or other types of leave);
  • Prepare employment contracts and relevant addenda;
  • Present employment contract terms and conditions to future new hires;
  • Manage personnel files, both physical and electronic;
  • Register and update employee data in the personnel administration system – ;
  • Process employment contract changes in Revisal via the platform;
  • Oversee HSE processes and occupational health procedures;
  • Issue documents requested by employees;
  • Respond to specific inquiries regarding employment contract terms and facilitate document signings when needed;
  • Prepare specific reports related to personnel administration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in personnel administration;
  • Solid understanding of Romanian labor legislation and employment regulations;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel (.xls);
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • High attention to details, with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
