An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

Reporting to Commercial Director, you will receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered, to provide good service for customers.

This is what you will do:

  • Record and process orders and/or inquiries received by e.g. EDI, mail.
  • Handle complains within clearly defined instructions.
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries with clients.
  • Collect and provide products' information within established guidelines.
  • Report centralized credit notes within established limitations and confirm orders.
  • Serve as communication link between customers, customer service and sales staff.
  • Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed:

  • University Degree
  • Fluent in Romanian and English
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge and experience of working with key MS Office package
  • Good knowledge of applying corresponding business system (ERP)
  • Good knowledge of relevant sales and delivery processes and term
