We are looking for a Quality Manager

Join an international agribusiness company with expertise in quality control, international standards, and logistics & certification processes. We are looking for an analytical professional with strong attention to detail to ensure product compliance and collaborate effectively in an international environment.


What you will do:

Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems for incoming and outgoing goods

Ensure compliance with local and international food and feed safety standards (GMP+, ISO, GAFTA, FOSFA, ISCC)

Coordinate sampling, classification, and laboratory testing of goods

Monitor storage conditions, pest control, and hygiene in warehouses/silos

Manage product quality requests and disputes with suppliers and clients

Audit and approve suppliers and third-party providers

Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection reports


Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or related fields

University degree completed

Solid knowledge of quality standards, certifications, and logistics processes

Experience with laboratory equipment and testing procedures

Knowledge of ERP / QC software and Microsoft Office

Advanced English and Romanian

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and willingness to travel

Familiarity with international trade contracts (GAFTA/FOSFA)
