Country Manager

Key Purpose of the role:

Reporting to either the CEO or to Region Manager or to deputy CEO, this Country Manager will lead the further profitable growth of the business of the country, setting and implementing the agreed strategy, building on market share, bringing high levels of business competence and operational excellence and ensuring the successful integration of new acquisitions.

Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible for the development and management of the Country P&L and Cash generation in a context of an LBO

• Lead the business and deliver on growth and performance against plan

• Develop the sales activities o Develop the business and sales aggressively through the acquisition of new clients o Develop additional business in the current portefolio o Create long term relationship with our customers and stakeholders

• Increase Ebitda

• Improve productivity

• Decrease the external sub-contracting

• Ensure an efficient Post-Merger Integration after acquisition

• Build the Trescal brand in the country

• Full accountability through the management team for quality, health and safety compliance

• Inspire, motivate and develop the workforce to achieve best in class performance levels through our main KPI

• Delivery of financial and operational targets through inspirational leadership, and best in class processes and systems

• Develop strong working relationships across the business at group level

Qualifications & Competences

• A sense of urgency, strong results orientation (growth, EBITDA, FCF, …) and highly proactive

• A proven track record of P&L management in the field of B-to-B, in competitive industrial services

• Drive to change and constantly improve and grow

• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurship spirit

• Very operational and hands-on, pragmatic, a do-er

• Has a clear vision and energetically drives growth Constant focus on quality and costs; and management of Ebitda to generate cash Inspirational leader, motivating and empowering approach

• Strong customer focus

• Autonomous and a self-starter with the ability to take the initiative to create new opportunities, & to analyze information and develop solutions involving technical problems

• Romanian language - native or excellent level
