: Commissioning & Maintenance Instrument Superintendent

Mission

Organize, coordinate, and control instrumentation works (by subcontractors or direct hire)

Ensure proper interface with other disciplines, availability of materials/equipment, compliance with project documents, schedule, safety, and quality standards

This role leads and oversees all commissioning, instrumentation, and maintenance activities, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and efficiency, while managing teams, vendors, and resources

Key Responsibilitie

Support HSE Manager, ensure compliance with HSE requirements

Participate in safety walkdowns, incident investigations

Ensure commissioning/start-up requirements are included in engineering docs

Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination

Oversee completions, commissioning, and maintenance activities

Approve work orders under Permit-to-Work system

Manage preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance

Lead vendor coordination and manage Process Control Protection System overrides

Train personnel, identify skill gaps, and optimize maintenance plans

Maintenance Systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.): Advance

Predictive Maintenance (vibration, thermography): Advance

Spare Parts & Supply Chain Management: Advance

Commissioning & Troubleshooting (Instrumentation, Automation, Telecom, Analyzers): Advanced to Master

Technical Document Interpretation (P&IDs, standards, etc.): Advance

Maintenance Management & Budgeting: Intermediat
