Despre rol 

În calitate de strategist vei avea un rol strategic și de impact, cu focus pe optimizarea campaniilor, gestionarea directă a relației cu clienții și contribuția activă la dezvoltarea direcției brandurilor gestionate.

Vei fi responsabil(ă) de aproximativ:

  •  70%: optimizare, analiză, strategie și account management
  •  30%: implementare tehnică a campaniilor

Responsabilitati:

  • Dezvoltarea strategiilor de performance marketing adaptate obiectivelor clienților.
  • Gestionarea directă a relației cu clienții (nu există account manager dedicat): planificare, status-uri lunare/trimestriale, consultanță continuă.
  • Optimizarea continuă a campaniilor pe Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads pentru maximizarea ROI.
  • Crearea de analize și rapoarte clare, cu interpretarea datelor relevante pentru decizii strategice.
  • Identificarea de noi oportunități de creștere pentru conturi prin testări, noi canale sau ajustări creative.
  • Lucru îndeaproape cu echipa de creație, data & tech pentru implementarea inițiativelor cross-channel.

 Cerinte:

  • Minimum 4 ani experiență în performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Experiență solidă în account management – comunicare directă cu clienții, raportare și consultanță.
  • Cunoștințe avansate de Google Analytics (inclusiv GA4).
  • Abilități analitice avansate și experiență în utilizarea Google Sheets pentru analiză și raportare.
  • Certificări relevante (ex: Google Search, Display, Shopping, GA4).
  • Nivel mediu/avansat de limba engleză.
