Your purpose:

In your day-to-day activities, you will blend analytics, creativity, and quick execution to optimize the digital experience of our customers.

What will you do?

In our Digital team, we are looking for a data-driven specialist with an analytical mindset, focused on the continuous optimization of the digital experience: conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX), and data analysis. You will work closely with colleagues from marketing, IT, and partner agencies to test, measure, and improve user experiences on the website and in campaigns.

We want someone who:

  • Gets excited by improving conversion funnels
  • Loves to dig into GA4 & ContentSquare for insights
  • Thinks in hypotheses and validates with A/B testing
  • Isn't afraid to make quick CMS (Sanity) tweaks to prove a point
  • Enjoys turning dashboards into decisions
  • Is ready to manage tagging and tracking in GTM and GA4, with the support of the agency
  • Fancies collaboration with the development team, agencies, and internal stakeholders to implement insights
  • Cares about and ensures data consistency across systems/reports

What we need from you?

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, UX, or performance marketing with a technical component
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio / Looker
  • Experience with heatmaps & session recording tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Hotjar)
  • Experience in CRO / A/B testing (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or others)
  • Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, customer orientation
  • Team player, positive attitude, responsible and open minded
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Have

  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS for quick modifications
