Junior Creative Strategist

About the Role

We're looking for a
Junior Creative Strategist & UGC Coordinator
to join our growing Creative Team and help us produce high-performing content across all our brands. Your mission is to support our creative strategists in developing and coordinating user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with our brand goals and drives engagement and conversions.

You'll be in the mix with creators, managing outreach, organizing product sends, preparing briefs, and ensuring deliverables are on point. Along the way, you'll shadow experienced creative strategists, learning how to turn research and trends into ad ideas that sell. This is a role for someone who's eager to get hands-on, grow their creative skills, and contribute to exciting campaigns from the ground up.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed:

• Familiar with Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion.
• You can negotiate fees in a respectful and confident way.
• Good eye for what makes a video interesting, fun, or scroll-stopping.
• Good at writing clear, friendly messages and talking to people in a respectful way.
• You can explain ideas simply and clearly.
• Experience working with creators or managing social accounts is a plus (but not required).
• Curiosity about ads, storytelling, and what makes people want to buy things online.

You'll Excel Here If You Are:

• Comfortable reaching out to creators and handling back-and-forth conversations. (email, DMs).
• Interested in social media and content - especially Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video.
• Good at staying organized and keeping things up to date.
• Confident in your writing skills (you don't need to be a copywriter, just clear and friendly).
• A positive person, willing to learn.
• Okay asking questions when you're not sure about something.
• Able to keep track of multiple small tasks at once.

What You'll Actually Do

• Reach out to creators on Instagram, TikTok, or email to ask if they'd like to create content for one of our brands.
• Write short and simple briefs for creators (outlining what they need to film, how long it should be, and what to include (with guidance from the Creative Strategist).
• Coordinating product sends to creators
• Negotiate fees, sign agreements
• Make sure creators deliver the right content, do a quality assessment
• Keep the UGC database updated and their content labeled in our storage.
• Learn how we build creative strategy for different brands and slowly start contributing your own ideas
• Do research or other creative tasks given by Head of Creative
