The Role

We're looking for a
PPC Manager
who's part strategist, part analyst, part creative experimenter — and 100% accountable for results.

You'll
own
a portfolio of client accounts across search, shopping, and paid social.

From
industrial B2B brands
to
fast-moving e-commerce
, from
corporate giants
to
agile SMBs
, you'll plan, execute, and scale campaigns that make our clients impossible to ignore.

This isn't a junior or execution-only role.

You'll have full control, client visibility, and the freedom to experiment — but also the pressure to perform.

What You'll Do1.
Strategy & Growth Architecture

• Build custom PPC strategies aligned with client KPIs and budgets (5K RON – €150K/month).
• Design integrated funnels across
  Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  , combining data, automation, and creative precision.
• Align paid media strategy with SEO and analytics for cross-channel synergy.
• Manage budgets dynamically — scaling what works, cutting what doesn't.

2.
Execution & Optimization

• Own every step: campaign setup, keyword/audience strategy, creative briefs, testing, and scaling.
• Optimize feeds, Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and remarketing systems.
• Build and maintain custom dashboards in
  Looker Studio / GA4
  , focusing on profitability, not vanity.
• Apply automation intelligently — from rules and scripts to AI-assisted bidding.

3.
Client Management & Communication

• Manage a set of active clients
• Present insights clearly and persuasively to CMOs, founders, and growth teams.
• Proactively identify new opportunities, upsell potential, and cross-channel synergies.

Innovation & AI-Driven Advertising

• Explore new AI features across ad platforms (creative automation, predictive audiences, bid models).
• Integrate LLMs and prompt-based frameworks for faster ad iterations and messaging testing.
• Collaborate with SEO and Data teams to shape a unified
  AI-visibility strategy
  across paid + organic.

What You Bring

• 3–6+ years
  of hands-on PPC experience in agency or in-house performance teams
• Proven results with
  Google Ads
  ,
  Meta Ads
  , and at least one of
  TikTok Ads / LinkedIn Ads
• Solid track record with e-commerce, classifieds, industrial, and corporate B2B campaigns
• Experience handling large accounts (€50K–€500K+/month)
  and high-ROAS growth goals
• Deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and GA4
• Mastery of campaign segmentation, A/B testing, and advanced targeting logic
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to transform data into strategic action
• Excellent English communication skills (German or other EU languages are a plus)

Bonus Superpowers

• Experience with feed optimization tools (DataFeedWatch, Channable, etc.)
• Familiarity with
  programmatic / DV360 / retail media platforms
• Creative direction for performance ads (briefing and QA for design/video)
• AI workflow experience: prompt-assisted ad generation, automated reporting
