We are seeking an enthusiastic
Key Account Manager
to join Biocodex and lead our national and regional chain partnerships. In this role, you'll analyse growth opportunities, ensure compliance and collaborate with our teams to drive Biocodex' success.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and manage strategic relationships with national and regional pharmacy chains, implements sales strategies driving volumes and revenue growth according to budget plan, and ensures the successful distribution of company's products to pharmacies;
- Design, develop and implement sales strategies and plans for Biocodex products and brands, in accordance with company business and strategic objectives;
- Manage the relationship with pharmacy chains, negotiate and finalise agreements and contracts with them, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions;
- Ensure compliance and high ethical standards in promotional activities in accordance with industry requirements and recommendations;
- Contribute to sales forecasting and S&OP process;
- Monitor the implementation and achievements of campaigns;
- Analyse data and create reports to identify areas of business growth;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales with proven track record of account management;
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance;
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint;
- English - good level of conversational and written;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, innovative, and proactive;
- Ability to multitask and to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
