
Customer Care Representative

- Deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Collaborate across multiple digital channels to collect customer inquiries and initiate the internal process, including creating tickets, allocating them to appropriate response team based on product line and work category.
- Follow up on inquiry tickets and ensure they are responded to within the expected time frame (SLA); also flag urgent cases directly to the technical team.
- Communicate with all levels within the business to help customers receive timely and accurate resolutions to their queries.
- A passion for customer service coupled with strong communication skills.
- An adaptative team player who is capable to work in a fast-growing international team.
- Basic technical knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, and ability to collaborate in an international team environment
- Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French is desirable.
