About the role:Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times
  • Collaborate across multiple digital channels to collect customer inquiries and initiate the internal process, including creating tickets, allocating them to appropriate response team based on product line and work category.
  • Follow up on inquiry tickets and ensure they are responded to within the expected time frame (SLA); also flag urgent cases directly to the technical team.
  • Communicate with all levels within the business to help customers receive timely and accurate resolutions to their queries.
Requirements:
  • A passion for customer service coupled with strong communication skills.
  • An adaptative team player who is capable to work in a fast-growing international team.
  • Basic technical knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, and ability to collaborate in an international team environment
  • Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French is desirable.
  • Passion for learning, with a down to earth personality and a can-do mentality.
