caută un super-erou în echipa de Customer Care Nu, nu e nevoie de pelerină sau puteri supranaturale. Căutăm pe cineva cu un amestec rar de empatie, gândire analitică și abilități de detectiv, gata să rezolve provocările clienților noștri cu o atitudine proactivă și inovatoare.

Responsabilități:

  • Fii vocea caldă și prietenoasă a , oferind suport și îndrumare clienților.
  • Folosește-te de abilitățile tale analitice pentru a înțelege și a rezolva provocările într-un mod eficient și creativ.
  • Păstrează o atitudine proactivă în detectarea și prevenirea potențialelor probleme înainte ca acestea să afecteze experiența clienților.
  • Colaborează strâns cu alte departamente pentru a asigura că feedbackul este folosit pentru îmbunătățirea continuă a produselor și serviciilor noastre.

Ce căutăm:

  • Empatie și abilitatea de a stabili conexiuni emoționale cu clienții (ideal și cu colegii)
  • Gândire logică și analitică pentru a decripta și soluționa provocările.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și capacitatea de a explica lucrurile într-un mod clar și concis.
  • Experiență în customer care este un plus, dar mai importantă este pasiunea ta pentru interacțiunile umane.
