The Senior Credit Admin is responsible for performing work credit activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors daily the interfaces (where applicable), being responsible for timely payments application and customer clearing
  • Acts as SPOC for external parties
  • Responsible for internal/ external requests and inquires management
  • Ensures proper account management as per requests of Credit Analysts/ Credit Manager as well as based on account management analyses
  • Perform analysis of customer accounts utilizing analytical and investigative tools, identify financial trends and opportunities and making recommendations to assure accurate account management

Required
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced English level
  • Experience with SAP (min. 6 months)
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in Accounting/Accounts Receivable
