We are seeking an
Event Specialist
with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing events that support our clients in the healthcare sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including congresses, conferences, workshops or webinars while ensuring flawless delivery and memorable attendee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support with planning & implementing of healthcare-related events from concept to completion.
  • Support the logistics team with venue selection, vendor management, catering, audiovisual requirements, and on-site operations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define event goals, themes, and key messaging.
  • Support the event registration, attendee communications, and guest list management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements for healthcare events.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts for events, including content creation for social media and event materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with event industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in event planning, preferably within the healthcare or medical events industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
