About the job

Popescu & Asociatii is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The position is on-site, and our office is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Piata Victoriei metro station.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the external and internal communication strategy and activities;
  • Creating and managing different types of content (press releases, interviews, presentations, brochures, etc.) and promotional materials for the company;
  • Developing and designing a wide range of marketing materials, including visual content, digital assets, presentations, and promotional collateral;
  • Creating or overseeing the information for the website, managing and optimizing the company's presence on LinkedIn to reflect the brand identity and expertise of the law firm;
  • Preparing applications for international legal directories;
  • Organizing and managing events;
  • Analyzing relevant market events and competition;
  • Handling various day-to-day operations within the PR & Marketing Department.

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in Marketing, PR, Communication or related fields (previous experience in a law firm/legal department is a major advantage);
  • Relevant experience in PR/Marketing/Content Writing;
  • Experience using Canva;
  • Experience in managing and optimizing LinkedIn company profiles;
  • Good knowledge of English (especially written);
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Solution-oriented, positive and can-do attitude;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
