Who we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in organizing events, preferably in a B2B environment;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills both in Romanian and English;
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude;
• Creative and innovative approach;
• Ability to execute multiple tasks at the same time;
• Proactive, adaptable, and driven team player.

Your future role

• Agree with the internal stakeholders on events format (physical, online and hybrid), agenda, topics, speakers etc, and ensure their successful implementation. This requires setting, communicating and meeting deadlines and priorities on every project;
• Manage the relationship with suppliers and the logistics of events (including market screening for appropriate locations, negotiations, contracts signing and internal approvals, on-site inspections etc.);
• Propose concepts for Deloitte flagship events and ensure their successful implementation;
• Write invitations and post-events messages for attendants;
• Organize preparation meetings with speakers before events;
• Propose marketing materials for the event and work with the speakers and the graphic design team to ensure they are delivered on time;
• Involve operational and administrative functions to ensure events are delivered efficiently and manage the relationship with them;
• Deliver events on time, within budget, and meet objectives agreed with internal stakeholders;
• Propose new ideas, locations, approaches, suppliers etc. to permanently improve the quality and attractivity of the client events organized by Deloitte;
• Ensure post-event reporting and support for follow-up on leads collected during the event (including working with marketing automation tools);
• Collaborate with the other teams from the marketing department (especially social media) to ensure the event is promoted to the right audiences by using the relevant channels in order to ensure expected attendance and post-event promotion.
