Barrier este unul dintre cei mai importanti producatori de tamplarie PVC si aluminiu din Europa,
cu 30 de ani de experienta si proiecte de referinta in Romania si pe pietele externe
.

Rolul tau:

·       Sa initiezi, dezvolti si sa gestionezi relatiile cu
constructori, dezvoltatori imobiliari si birouri de arhitectura
.

·       Sa coordonezi intregul ciclu comercial al proiectelor mari: de la prospectare si networking, pana la pregatirea ofertelor si semnarea contractelor.

·       Sa urmaresti implementarea contractelor dupa semnare: logistica pe santier, montajele (inclusiv echipe externalizate), receptiile si documentele aferente, astfel incat fiecare proiect sa fie dus impecabil pana la capat.

·       Sa colaborezi cu
echipele interne (proiectare, productie, tehnic, logistica, marketing)
pentru ca proiectele finalizate sa devina
portofolii de referinta
.

Ce cautam:

·       Experienta solida in vanzari B2B, preferabil in domeniul materialelor de constructii sau al tamplariei, fatadelor, finisajelor.

·       Portofoliu activ si conexiuni directe cu dezvoltatori, constructori si arhitecti din Bucuresti–Ilfov.

·       Abilitati excelente de negociere si vanzare consultativa.

·       Intelegere tehnica a solutiilor din domeniul constructiilor si arhitecturii.

·       Disponibilitate la deplasari, atat in tara, cat si in strainatate.

·       Sa poti arata, prin
referinte verificabile
, ca ai gestionat proiecte mari cu valori de peste
150.000– €
.

Obiectivul tau:
dezvoltarea unui portofoliu de proiecte mari care sa genereze o
cifra de afaceri anuala de peste 3 milioane €
.
