We are seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive
to join our
digital marketing agency
. This role focuses on driving growth by acquiring new clients and expanding revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is results-driven, combines strong sales expertise with a solid understanding of digital marketing, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients, generate leads through online research, networking, and outreach. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions. - Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the team to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the agency's expertise. - Sales Closing:
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business. Generate new sales and achieve the company's sales targets. - Pipeline Management:
Manage and track the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and sales performance reports. - Market Research:
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, account management) to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within digital marketing, SaaS, or advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented and driven to exceed sales goals. Anticipates client expectations and delivers added value.
- Creativity - constantly seeking new approaches to achieve goals.
- Strong presentation skills - able to structure ideas, highlight key points, listen actively, and respond clearly and concisely.
