I'm looking for a Head of Marketing for one of our portfolio clients, a nationwide and well-established company specializing in mechanical, sanitary, electrical, and HVAC installations.

The company is going through an important phase of consolidation and transformation, and the new Marketing Director will play a key role in this evolution.

About the role

This isn't a "routine" position. It's a strategic, high-visibility role where marketing shifts from execution to a true business partnership.

You'll have the freedom and resources to build a unified vision, modernize processes, and connect marketing with sales, e-commerce, and the company's brand strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead a team of specialists (trade, communication & content, social media, events, design);
  • Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy (offline + online), aligned with business objectives;
  • Coordinate B2B campaigns, focusing on partnerships and brand projects;
  • Optimize budgets and set clear performance KPIs;
  • Work closely with management to position marketing as a growth engine, not a cost center;
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and in relationships with strategic partners.

What I'm looking for

I am looking for someone with hands-on B2B experience, who understands partnership dynamics, complex processes, and long sales cycles.

Ideally, you'll bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (strategy + implementation);
  • Minimum 3 years in a management role (you've led teams and built processes);
  • Background in technical retail / installations / construction / industrial equipment – a plus;
  • Knowledge of traditional & digital marketing (SEO, PPC, content, social media);
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and vision;
  • The drive and capability to lead a team toward real performance.
