Customer & Driver Services Team is looking for a new colleague as Customer Care Specialist, having permanent contract and the role description detailed below:
- Answering phone calls from customers or suppliers, resolving, or redistributing their phone requests.
- Resolves or forwards requests received by phone/in writing to specialists in other departments via CRM V2.
- Responds in writing to requests received from AYVENS customers and suppliers on dedicated operational email addresses.
- Records all requests received from AYVENS customers, both by phone and email, in CRM V2 and specifies the reason for the request.
- Follow up on the resolution of telephone/written (email or fax) requests received from AYVENS customers or suppliers and forwarded to other departments for resolution and ensure that the resolution has been communicated to the customer/supplier or communicate it to them personally.
- Provides support to the Back Office team in sending documents to customers or suppliers (repair agreements, powers of attorney, etc.).
- Updates the database with customer contact details in CRM V2.
To be able to achieve all of this you need to have:
- University degree or in progress
- Very good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Strong communication skills and collaborates effectively with others, verbally and in writing
- Very good level of English language, speaking and writing
- Open, honest, reliable, accurate with high ethical standards
- Team player: people oriented, passionate about his/her job
- Good relationship builder, shows respect in interaction with colleagues and customers
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
