Clinică de chirurgie estetică angajează Specialist în Relații cu Clienții (telefonic).

Căutăm o persoană comunicativă, organizată și orientată către rezultate, care să se ocupe de contactarea leadurilor (potențiali pacienți interesați de serviciile noastre).

Responsabilități:

Sunarea și contactarea potențialilor clienți din baza noastră de date.

Oferirea de informații generale despre servicii și programări.

Programarea consultațiilor și urmărirea confirmărilor.

Menținerea unei relații profesionale și empatice cu pacienții.

Cerințe:

Abilități excelente de comunicare și persuasiune.

Răbdare, atenție la detalii și orientare către client.

Experiența anterioară în call center, vânzări sau customer care reprezintă un avantaj.

Discurs clar și plăcut.
