Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Community & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The role combines
digital communication, community engagement, and light administrative support
to ensure the smooth execution of our programs and campaigns.

creative, curious, and a bit geeky about online communities
to join our team.

You might be the one if:

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media or community management.
  • You bring on the table some mandatory stuff: Romanian fluency and excellent writing skills, advanced English.
  • You know your way around Canva or other online design tools, social-media platforms, and Microsoft Office – pretty advanced.
  • You love writing, organizing, and connecting with people.
  • You enjoy learning and care about personal and professional development; you are going to have a lot to enjoy in these directions, we'll take care about that
  • You're reliable, detail-oriented, and bring a positive energy to work.

Your daily mix & key responsibilities:

  • Write and post cool stuff on LinkedIn, Insta, Facebook and… other social media environments.
  • Help run campaigns that get people talking (and clicking).
  • Build and keep our communities buzzing — chats, webinars, small online and offline events.
  • Support our consultants with contracts, invoices, and reports.
  • Coordinate with partners, providers, and clients so everything flows nicely.
