We are seeking a Business Developer with strong experience in recruitment partnership development, international market expansion, and business negotiatio

Key Responsibilitie

  1. Partnership Development & Negotiati

on- Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with recruitment and manpower agencies across different countrie

s.- Negotiate partnership agreements and service fee structures to align with company objectives and profitability target

s.- Develop and maintain a strong network of agency partners to ensure consistent talent supply for client project

s.- Conduct due diligence and performance evaluations of partner agencie

s

.

  1. Market Expansi

on- Research and identify potential international markets for manpower supply service

s.- Develop market entry strategies, including local partnership models and compliance assessment

s.- Coordinate with management to execute business expansion plans in new territorie

s

.

  1. Marketing & Lead Generati

o

n

  • Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives targeting recruitment agencies and potential business partners worldwid

e.- Manage online presence and engagement with potential partners through professional networks and digital channel

s.- Support the creation of marketing materials, partnership proposals, and pitch deck

s

.

  1. Relationship & Account Manageme

n

t

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partner agencies and international client

s.- Act as the primary contact point for partner agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and conflict resolutio

n.- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with partnership agreement

  1. Business Reporting & Strate

  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, market trends, and lead conversion rate

s.- Work closely with management to refine partnership strategies and improve negotiation outcome

s.- Contribute to pricing and contract negotiation strategies based on market insight
