Business Development Rep (Apprentice Path)

We're looking for a Business Development Rep (BDR) — someone hungry to learn, gritty in execution, and curious enough to ask "why" until you get it right. This is an apprenticeship role: you'll be guided by a manager, you'll execute clearly defined processes, and you'll grow fast if you lean in.

What You'll Do

  • Work side by side with your manager to execute prospecting and outreach campaigns.
  • Generate and qualify leads for our study abroad and character development programs.
  • Handle first conversations with parents and students — listening carefully, sharing our story, and passing qualified leads forward.
  • Log and track everything with precision (CRM discipline = pride in craft).
  • Bring back field insights to your team so we keep improving.

This role is about doing the work with consistency and care, not reinventing the strategy. Your craft is execution: writing outreach, making calls, following up, and keeping the rhythm.
