We are seeking a
Treasury Operations Analyst
to support global back-office treasury activities. This role involves maintaining bank accounts and documentation, assisting with payment processing and FX settlements, and contributing to reporting and compliance efforts.
Maintain bank accounts and support updates to bank powers and document archiving.
Monitor electronic bank statements and assist with accurate payment processing and issue resolution.
Support FX deal validation, settlement, and SSI management in SAP TRM.
Assist in weekly cash variation analysis, bank charge reviews, and reconciliation support.
Manage collateral reporting and pledge platform activities across designated regions.
Coordinate compliance follow-ups and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, experience in SAP TRM, and a collaborative mindset
Bank Account Administration
: Maintain bank accounts, update bank powers, and archive statements and notices.Treasury Operations & Payments
: Monitor electronic bank statements, support payment processing, track payment status, resolve banking issues, and coordinate quarterly internal settlements and signatory execution.Foreign Exchange (FX) Support
: Assist with FX deal validation and settlement, manage SSI updates and configuration in SAP TRM.Analytics & Reporting
: Support weekly cash variation analysis, review bank charges, and assist Finance teams with bank reconciliations.Collateral Management
: Control margin calls and manage pledge platforms related to French Cedant, Belgium Pledge, and French Pledged Assets.Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
: Follow up on compliance requests and maintain communication with treasury, accounting, corporate teams, financial institutions, auditors, and internal assurance teams.Contribute to group-level projects and reporting as needed.
Accounting and Financial Reporting
Solid understanding of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Experience in posting treasury transactions and managing general ledger interfaces.
Systems and Technology
Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) like Neo link, MBE, Natixis,
Connexis
, etc.).
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Familiar with treasury IT tools, Swift banking communication.
Advanced Excel Skills: Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, etc., Power BI, a plus.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to review financial data and spot key trends.
Accuracy in handling payments and reconciliations, even with changing priorities.
Ability to address issues and find practical solutions.
Collaborative and eager to learn.
Reliable and responsible in all tasks
Leadership
Ability to work cross-functionally with front office, accounting teams and IT.
Clear and professional communication with internal teams and external counterparties.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
Treasury Operations Experience - 2+ years in treasury, finance, or banking operations.
Hands-on experience with trade settlement, confirmations, and reconciliations a plus. Knowledge of reinsurance industry a plus.
