Responsabilitățile tale

  • Verificarea respectării condițiilor și termenelor contractuale (fidic), pe toată durata derulării contractului
  • Menținerea la zi a documentației contractului și revizuirea periodică, urmărirea drepturilor și obligațiilor contractuale
  • Administrarea și gestionarea contractul principal și oferirea de ajutor în administrarea contractelor de subcontractare/ furnizare/prestări servicii
  • Redactarea corespondenței către beneficiari, consultanți, subantreprenori, prestatori și/sau furnizori
  • Evaluarea problemelor contractuale, pregătirea și redactarea de notificări de revendicare, formularea răspunsurilor la reclamații, după caz
  • Elaborarea propunerilor de modificare aferente lucrărilor suplimentare sau optimizărilor aduse proiectului
  • Urmărirea termenelor contractuale prin raportare la programul de execuție
  • Informarea în permanență a managementului de proiect cu privire la statusul contractelor

Competențele tale

  • Studii superioare finalizate (de preferat Drept / Construcții)
  • Minimum 2 ani experiență într-o poziție de Manager Contract sau Consilier Juridic în domeniul construcțiilor, constituie un avantaj
  • Cunoștințe și experiență în cadrul proiectelor unde au fost folosite formele contractuale de tip FIDIC
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare scrisă și orală
  • Abilități de planificare, organizare, prezentare
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză - nivel mediu
  • Cunoștințe bune operare PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
