We're hiring: Commercial Operations Specialist

Are you eager to learn, grow, and develop in a dynamic environment? We are looking for motivated professionals who want to build a solid foundation in market analysis, consumer insights, and commercial excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the
    Commercial Excellence & Digital & eComm Department;
  • Collect, process, and analyze market information (specialized publications, market studies, sales reports, field visits);
  • Evaluate promotional activities against set objectives;
  • Monitor and assess consumer satisfaction through surveys, market studies, and focus groups;
  • Identify consumer needs and category development opportunities in the market;
  • Track competitive activities and market trends;
  • Follow up on KPIs for assigned brand(s);
  • Prepare reports and communicate results to the direct manager;
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures, and company policies.


Requirements:

  • Advanced English
    (spoken & written);
  • University degree
    (any field);
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
