The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven individual to join our Risk team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for sports betting and a deep interest in statistical analysis. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue for our partners by leveraging sophisticated models and data-driven insights to support key business decisions. As a Sports Trading Analyst, your day-to-day will look like:

• High-Risk Bet Management: Evaluate and process high-risk bet referrals with precision and efficiency, following established risk protocols and procedures.
• Customer Behavior Analysis: Utilize advanced metrics and reporting tools to analyze betting behaviors, forecast trends, and assess customer value.
• Revenue Optimization: Interpret data to make strategic decisions that drive revenue growth across both online and retail sports betting platforms.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess partner financial performance, delivering actionable insights and recommending improvements to trading strategies.
• Project Involvement: Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing tools, refining processes, and improving operational efficiency processes, and operational guidelines.

You'll be a great fit for the role, if you:

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including days and nights, weekends, and public holidays
• A strong interest in sports and sports betting
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of probability theory
• Proficiency in data analysis to support business decision-making
• Confidence in making critical decisions quickly and accurately under pressure
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
