Responsibilities:


• Provide financial consulting services to clients interested in property acquisitions;


• Identify the most suitable credit solutions according to each client's profile;


• Collaborate with key banking partners to secure financing offers;


• Manage the credit process from pre-approval to contract signing;


• Support the real estate sales team with customized financing options.

Requirements:


• Previous experience in the credit or banking industry (bank, NBFI, or as an independent broker);


• Strong knowledge of loan products and the Romanian financial market;


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;


• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented attitude;
