We are currently looking for a
Project Director
to join our
SuperTeam
. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing, managing and coordinating all aspects of the assigned real estate development project within the set timeline and budget. This is a great opportunity for highly motivated individuals, able to work independently and within a project team and with a result-oriented state of mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, design, permitting, execution and handover while aligning scope, schedule, budget, and resources with company objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional internal and external teams of architects, engineers, and consultants, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Oversee budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize value and efficiency.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
  • Keep stakeholders engaged through clear communication, regular updates, and transparent reporting.
  • Drive projects to successful completion, from monitoring progress and resolving bottlenecks to overseeing sales, leasing support, snagging, and warranty processes.
  • Report regularly to the Technical Director & Country Manager, ensuring KPIs, progress, and financial performance are met.

Skill and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from the Construction University or related field is mandatory.
  • Minimum five years' general experience in construction.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager/Project Director for large residential & office construction projects. (previous experience working for a real estate developer is a plus)
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good knowledge in using MS Office, AutoCad, and MS Project is mandatory.
  • Proficient in English is mandatory.
