Sales Representative – E-commerce

Responsabilități:

Contactezi potențiali clienți (lead-uri reci și calde), în special magazine online și afaceri mici/medii

Prezinți clar beneficiile și ghidezi clientul până la prima comandă

Vei gestiona un pipeline activ în CRM, cu obiective clare de conversie

Negociezi, semnezi parteneriate noi și menții relația cu clienții activi

Colaborezi cu echipele interne pentru a îmbunătăți constant procesul de vânzare

Pentru a te alătura echipei vei avea nevoie de:

Experiență de minimum 2 ani în curierat (sales, suport, account management etc.)

Experiență în telesales, vânzări B2B/B2C sau e-commerce

Abilități reale de comunicare, ascultare activă și relaționare

Organizare, disciplină și orientare spre obiective

Experiență de lucru în CRM și MS Office

Încredere în sine, proactivitate, autonomie, dar și spirit de echipă
