Regional Sale Manager
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with strategic clients, wholesalers, and pharmacy networks. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, market penetration, and customer satisfaction within the assigned region
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities within the pharmacy and medical device sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Client and Distributor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
Product Promotion and Education:
- Oversee the promotion of medical devices in pharmacy chains.
- Coordinate consumer activation campaigns in line with company strategy.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and training sessions to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyse regional sales performance against targets.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team to ensure product availability.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 2 years in a people-leader role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations and pharmacy operations.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, IQVIA data analysis, and MS Office.
- Valid driving license (B category).

- Achievement of regional sales targets and growth objectives.
- Retention and development of key accounts.
- Effective team performance and turnover reduction.
- Market share growth in the assigned territory.
