Sport E-Category Specialist to own the commercial success of Nature (fishing and hunting)

About the Role:

As the Sport E-Category Specialist, your primary goal is to enhance product and service digital visibility and drive key digital commerce metrics, with a priority on maximizing customer satisfaction and lifetime value. You will be responsible for optimizing the local digital offer and implementing strategic commercial and communication actions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Commercial Strategy & Performance: Own the commercial success and economic activity of your category by tracking key performance indicators.
• Digital Merchandising & Content: Increase product discovery and boost online conversion. Activate the tree structure of my category according to Decathlon's digital merchandising guidelines.; Own and optimize category-specific landing pages (PLPs, PDPs) and understand their impact on the overall checkout process.; Optimize internal search engine and internal search result page. ;Drive content marketing plan for my category.
• Offer & Stock Management: . Manage the product lifecycle from optimal stock availability ; to end-of-life management, and partner with commercial and supply teams to ensure correct online availability. You will also decide on product selection for e-commerce channels.
• Omnichannel Customer Experience: Drive customer acquisition and loyalty through category attractiveness and efficiency. Collect and analyze user feedback, configure automation tactics for personalization, and collaborate with retail teams to cultivate an omnichannel experience.
• Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with market trends for online activity and best eCommerce practices. Continuously monitor the local market and digital competitors (activities, pricing, assortment).

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in managing and delivering digital projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing;
• A good understanding of online sales processes, digital customer journeys, and key e-commerce metrics.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, web development, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing concepts, including SEO.
• Familiarization with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for KPI tracking and reporting: GMV , Circular turnover, Margin, Return rate, Average basket growth, Commercial activations turnover and ROI, Traffic and bounce rate, Cart to detail rate, Conversion rate.
