As we are in early stages of development in Romania, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and build a team from the ground up, contributing to the foundation of our success in this new market.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in establishing and leading a high-performing sales team while driving business growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a company in its early stages in Romania, offering immense potential for personal and professional development. We operate under a contract model, offering high commission rates and performance-driven earnings potential instead of an employment contract.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and Lead: Recruit, train, and develop your own sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Drive Growth: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand the company's footprint in Romania.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, focusing on personalized, face-to-face interactions.
• Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure alignment with revenue targets.
• Strategic Vision: Collaborate with senior management to shape and execute the company's expansion plans in Romania.
Qualifications
• Proven success in sales leadership with a track record of building and managing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
• Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.
• Valid Insurance Intermediary Code (mandatory, as it is required for one of the products we intermediate).
