Corporate Sales Manager
Purpose of the job: The
Corporate Sales
Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling health insurance products to corporate clients (commercial companies, SMEs and Associations).
This role involves:
1.
developing sales strategy
2.
Identification and definition of the target market
3.
Development of product and insurance plans for this market segment
4.
Execution of marketing concept
5.
Setting the sales approach and sales concept for this segment of prospect
6.
Creating and executing a training plan
7.
Recruiting of sales personnel
8.
building and maintaining client relationships, achieving annual sales targets, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills are essential for success in this role, and to be a well-connected person with relevant insurance experience, especially in selling corporate insurance packages.
Job Responsibilities:
· Promoting and selling corporate local plans from his own lead generation.
· Presenting insurance options and policies to clients, explaining coverage details, benefits and premiums.
· Focus on setting up meetings with prospects before sending the personalized offer, following the new Sales project.
· Able to analyze the competition offers and show the customer the advantages of MH offering.
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including prospecting, lead generation and cold calling.
· Meeting or exceeding sales target set by the company.
· Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and transactions.

Negotiating contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Representing the company at industry events and conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's brand and services within the corporate sector.
· Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Collaborate with other departments such as marketing to support corporate sales efforts.
·
Analyzing sales data and generating reports for management.
·
Staying updated on industry trends and competitive activities.
Investigating activities of competitors and performing analysis of market players.
·
Creating a sales team at a later stage. Leading and motivating the new team to achieve sales targets.
· Continuously develop the team: product knowledge, sales techniques, skills by planning and implementing the needed training schemes.
· Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
· Build and manage customer relationships, meet, and follow up based on MediHelp policy.
· Frequently refresh job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field.
