An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

Reporting to National Key Account Manager, you will contribute to the development of our Sales in Romania.

This is what you will do

  • Develop and manage an efficient direct distribution to allocated Modern Trade clients (IKA) to develop sales performance
  • Negotiate annual contracts with the allocated clients
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
  • Achieve sales targets by successfully managing all the product categories
  • Implement strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure a strong presence
  • Create and maintain a direct strong relationship with top clients
  • Permanent focus on the new clients and new categories listing in the actual clients too
