Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bucharest, Romania for an Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist. The Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, coordinating strategic communications, and managing public relations efforts. This role includes planning market activities, overseeing marketing communications, and ensuring the alignment of all marketing initiatives with the company's overall strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop & Execute IMC Strategies: Plan and implement integrated marketing communication campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and drive market share growth in Romania.

2.Cross-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee cohesive messaging across all touchpoints (social media, ads, influencers, etc.), ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and business objectives.

3.Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

4.Stakeholder & Agency Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales) and external partners (digital/mediabuy/PR agencies) to optimize campaign ROI and ensure timely execution.

5.Performance Tracking & Budget Management: Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs (awareness, engagement, sales), analyze data insights, and manage budgets for maximum efficiency.

  • Market Planning and Integrated Marketing skills
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
