Cersanit anunță recrutarea pentru postul de – Sales Representative Middle -North - East Romania

Responsabilități:

  • Dezvoltă relații comerciale pentru linia de business Obiecte sanitare si placi ceramice;

  • Prezintă și promovează produsele companei către clienți, proiectanți, arhitecti, designer și constructori inclusiv prin vizite în șantier;

  • Participă la procesele de ofertare și negociere;

  • Îndeplinește obiectivele de vânzări pentru zona alocata nord east Romania

  • Implementează și urmarește realizarea strategiilor companiei cu privire a expunerii produselor și portofoliul de produse noi in magazinele și showroom-urile din zona alocată;

  • Analizează piața, identifică și propune noi oportunități pentru creșterea vânzărilor;

  • Negociază și implementează termenii contractuali, conform limitei de competență;

  • Colaborează cu echipa și departamentele implicate în realizarea obiectivelor.

Profil de competențe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate, preferabil domeniul tehnic;

  • Experiență relevantă în vânzarea materialelor de constructii, obiecte de amenajare interioare, minim 5 ani;

  • Permis de conducere și disponibilitate pentru deplasări în județele alocate peste 80% din timp;

  • Abilități de utilizare a pachetului MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook);

  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze reprezintă un avantaj;

  • Orientare spre client și atingerea obiectivelor;

  • Abilități de comunicare și relaționare;

  • Abilități de organizare și planificare;

  • Răspuns prompt la task-uri (punctualitate și incadrare in termene limită).

Responsibilities:

  • Developing commercial relations for the sanitary and ceramic bathroom ware and ceramic tiles business line;

  • Presenting and promoting the company's products to customers, designers, architects and builders, including through site visits;

  • Participation in bidding and negotiation processes;

  • Meeting the sales objectives for the assigned area north east of Romania;

  • Implementing the company strategy of products exposition and new products portfolio in stores and showrooms for the assigned area;

  • Analyzing the market, identifying and proposing new opportunities for increasing sales;

  • Negotiating and implement contractual terms, according to the scope of competence;

  • Colaborating with the team and departments involved in achieving the objectives.

Competence profile:

  • Higher education, preferably in the technical field;

  • Relevant experience in the sale of construction materials, interior design objects, minimum 5 years;

  • Driving license and availability for travel in the assigned counties over 80% of the business time;

  • Ability to use the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook);

  • Knowledge of English is an advantage;

  • Customer orientation and achieving goals;

  • Communication and relationship skills;

  • Organizational and planning skills;

  • Prompt response to tasks (punctuality and meeting deadlines)
