Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Bucharest, Romania. The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging potential clients, presenting Bellemonde's residential offerings to prospective buyers, and driving sales efforts to meet company targets. Key daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities. This role also involves staying informed about market trends and promoting Bellemonde as an exceptional place to live.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property industry, with experience in residential sales as a plus
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian languages
