Join our client's vibrant team as a Customer Representative in their diverse multilingual BPO center. As a key player in pursuit of international service excellence, you'll be first point of contact with clients.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, in Croatian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above and may evolve overtime. **

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in Croatian and English is required
  • 1+ to 2 years experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Sales oriented person
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
