Compania este o rețea românească de retail & consumer services, aflată în plină creștere, cu prezență puternică în mai multe orașe mari (+40 locații in portofoliu).

Planul de dezvoltare include:


• Achiziții de operatori existenți pentru extindere rapidă

• Deschideri noi în locații premium cu trafic ridicat

Cu susținerea unui investitor strategic și o echipă de leadership vizionară, businessul intră într-o fază accelerată de expansiune la nivel național.

About the role

Un rol strategic + hands-on, responsabil de identificarea, negocierea și lansarea noilor locații, maximizând potențialul piețelor locale și al parteneriatelor comerciale.

Vei lucra direct cu conducerea companiei și vei avea influență directă asupra ritmului și direcției de creștere a rețelei.

Responsabilities:

  • Conduci planul de expansiune la nivel național
  • Identifici și evaluezi oportunități: achiziții + new openings
  • Realizezi studii de fezabilitate și analize de rentabilitate
  • Negociezi contracte comerciale cu proprietari și dezvoltatori
  • Coordonezi integrarea & lansarea noilor unități
  • Reprezinți compania în piața de real estate comercial
  • Colaborezi cu Finance, Operations & Marketing pentru lansări reușite
  • Monitorizezi KPIs de extindere și raportezi progresul leadershipului

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 ani experiență în expansiune rețele / real estate / retail
  • Track-record în deschiderea mai multor locații
  • Abilități excelente de negociere (mall owners, landlords)
  • Înțelegere a unit economics pentru decizii rapide
  • Atitudine antreprenorială, orientată spre rezultate
  • Disponibilitate extinsă la deplasări în România
  • Limba engleză
