Role

  • Advise clients on the implementation of IFS Cloud solution(s) (IFS Cloud Asset Management, Field Service Management, PSO and/or IFS Ultimo&Poka) and the integration of IFS module applications.
  • Support team members to provide high quality consultancy during implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support to our customers.
  • Create business process designs and map to IFS solutions.
  • Set up and configure IFS, develop functional specifications, and conduct functional testing of the system.
  • Support, prepare and execute data migrations.
  • Provide training to customer staff and/or other IFS consultants.
  • Remain knowledgeable on supported versions of the software. Maintain a degree of knowledge of methods and requirements for interfacing with external applications.
  • Work closely with other IFS consultants to ensure complete solutions are provided to customers.
  • Develop high-quality client presentations and deliverables.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of existing IFS processes and methodology
  • Complete specific IFS training & certification curricula available (tailored courses)

Profile

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in economics, business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or information technology.
  • English and German advanced
  • Experience in Asset Management (Asset Operations & Maintenance/ Asset Performance Management or Maintenance Planning), Field Service Management or Planning&Scheduling roles is considered a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) products.
  • The ability to work to deadlines, understanding the value and importance of milestone achievement.
  • Ability and openness to travel up to 50% overall, with spikes at critical project activity periods.
